Nick Hart - senior partner

Nick Hart is the senior partner and heads the Property department and the Probate and Wills department. He is a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), and the Law Society Property Section and Probate Section. He has a Maths degree from Warwick University and went to Birmingham School of Law.

Property Law Department

Nick Hart has extensive knowledge gained over the last 30 years in dealing with all types of property matters ranging from simple acquisition of residential property to more complicated commercial property transactions with a comprehensive knowledge of the local market.

Probate and Wills

Nick Hart can assist in drafting wills and advising on the consequences, both emotional and financial, that might follow.

Nick has wide experience in dealing with the administration of estates both large and small. He can give advice on the tax consequences following a death and also advise on the variation of estates to save tax or redistribute assets.

Employment Law

Nick has acted for both employers and employees in the matter of compromise agreements. A compromise agreement is a legally binding agreement between a business and an employee under which the employee agrees to settle any potential claims and in return the employer will agree to pay financial compensation

Nick enjoys cycling, football and cooking when this can be incorporated into his busy schedule.
