Philip Wilkins - partner

Philip Wilkins joined Hudgell & Partners in 1988 having qualified as a solicitor in 1983. He became a partner of the firm in 1995. He has for some years specialized in law relating to Children, with particular emphasis on Public law proceedings. His work involves dealing with cases associated with social services, adoption, contact and residential disputes. He has been a member of the Law Society Children Panel since 1988.  Philip is a member of Resolution, a community of family justice professionals who work with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way. His interests outside work include Charlton Athletic, Bridge and walking.

Congratulations to Philip, winner of the Family Legal Aid including mediation award 2019. The Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year awards are organised by the Legal Aid Practitioners Group on a non-profit-making basis, and were launched in 2003.
